- You should use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on the product to clean it & instead of placing hot or cold things directly on a furniture surface, use a hot pad or coasters, and please do not use a hot pad to keep hot goods like a Tawa or baking dish.
- If you want to protect your furniture from fading, don’t place it next to windows or other places where it can be directly exposed to sunlight.
- Avoid sliding or passing things placed on your tables to avoid tiny scratches that might harm the finish of your furniture.
Avoid placing goods such as burning candles or irons on any furniture since the heat created by them may shorten the life of your furniture. Instead, use candle holders to keep melting wax from touching your furniture.
- Cleaning your furniture pieces on a regular basis can help you keep them in good condition for a long time. Use a soft, mildly moist cloth to clean your furniture; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood may cause slight scratches.
If a spill occurs on the furniture, do not attempt to wipe it away as this can spread the liquid and interfere with the polish. Instead, blot the spill.
- Avoid putting your furniture in direct touch with damp walls to protect it from moisture. We recommend wiping away the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth as quickly as possible.

Damages: The delivery arrangements at the Bharatham Stores, are designed to ensure no damage to your home and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged or defective product. Let delivery personnel know about the issue at the time of delivery, and report a complaint at support @bharathamstores.in & defect will be assessed within 72 hours, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Bharatham Stores, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Bharatham Stores to address the issue Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first delivery attempt to your shipping address. Customers who miss this delivery will be charged an additional visit charge for the second attempt.
Our delivery partner will only deliver to the ground level of your unit if there is no service lift. In such situations, there will be additional charges per floor for delivery to the customer’s floor (on request).
There are additional charges for weekend and time-specific deliveries.
If you don’t pick up your package within 10 days, it will be kept at the nearest delivery hub. Bharatham stores have the right to change or cancel the order after that.
Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not need installation assistance upon delivery.
If The Delivery Condition Is:
Pre-assembled ? no installation is needed. The product comes fully installed and ready to use.
Expert Assembly ? Bharatham Stores will assign carpenters to complete the installation and assembly in case expert assistance is required.
Basic assembly/DIY ? The product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be performed by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions. No expert assistance is needed.
Cancellations are permitted until the order has been sent. Returns must be made within seven days after delivery for damaged or defective products. For further details, please visit our Returns Policy.
Note: Please do not attempt to unbox or assemble the product. If the furniture is not unboxed or installed by Bharatham Stores approved furniture experts, cancellations, returns, and warranty will be invalid.
This product will be covered by a 12-month warranty. And if there is any damage to the goods before it is delivered to you, Bharatham Stores is will take responsibility for it; but, if the product is damaged after it is delivered to you, we are not responsible for it.
Unless otherwise stated, fabrics, leatherettes, and leathers are not covered by the aforementioned Warranty. To extend the life of these materials, please follow the care recommendations.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by using the product for purposes other than what it was designed for, as well as normal wear and tear.
Any post-purchase modifications or adjustments to the items are not recommended and will void the warranty.
Note: The fabric color and wood finish on the images here may differ slightly from the actual product. The difference in screen calibrations and resolutions between different displays causes this.
In upholstered items, a slight mismatch in dimensions of up to 12mm is allowed; in non-upholstered products, a mismatch of up to 6mm is acceptable.
