On the Bharatham Stores Website and App, the EMI Offer is available on all items listed by various vendors. The EMI Offer does not imply that any bank or financial institution would forgo the interest component of your equivalent monthly instalments.
You acknowledge and accept that you will be required to pay the appropriate EMI and interest on the whole order amount at the time of payment to the bank, in line with the credit card’s conditions.
The bank that issued the credit card you used for the transaction has the authority to process the payment. In the event that the bank refuses to perform the transaction for whatever reason, Bharatham Stores will have no duty or liability.
You acknowledge that if you do not pay your EMI on time, the bank may charge you extra interest or penalties, and you will be entirely responsible for paying any such additional charges and penalties, if any.
The EMI Offer is now available for EMIs with terms of 3 (three) to 6 (six) months. Only certain banks are able to offer the EMI Offer, as shown on the landing pages of the items being purchased.
Returns and cancellations will be handled according to Bharatham Stores’s refund and cancellation policy, which may be found on the website and in the app. The interest already levied by the relevant bank will not be recoverable in the case of any return of the product for which payment was made using the EMI Offer (“Purchased Product”), or reimbursement of the amount paid by you pursuant to the EMI Offer in an EMI transaction.
The EMI Offer will not be subject to a processing fee from Bharatham Stores. However, depending on their internal regulations, the appropriate bank may levy processing costs or cancellation fees. You will be responsible for paying such costs to the relevant bank, and Bharatham Stores will have no duty or obligation to reimburse such charges in the event that the Purchased Product is returned or orders placed on the Website or App are cancelled.
Please contact your bank or card issuer for information on the mechanics of cancellations, refunds, or pre-closures that may impact the terms of the EMI given, as well as the specifics of any interest or cancellation costs that may be imposed.
Bharatham Stores has the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions, as well as the EMI Offer, at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that, depending on the transaction restrictions imposed by the issuing bank, the number of transactions or purchases on a given credit card may be limited. You confirm that you will adhere to the terms and conditions that may apply to the credit card you are using.
Your bank may charge you service tax or other relevant taxes for transactions made using credit cards issued by that bank.
This product comes with a 12 months warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
Normal wear and tare of the product over longer used.
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrongly cleaned methods.
Damage was caused due to incorrect installation by the customer.
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product .
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight .
Decaying of wood due to continuous exposure of water.
Fabrics like seat covers have no warranty.
Use of harsh chemicals as per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels which is not covered in warranty.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products cannot be returned once sold.
If there is a defect in the product, it can be replaced within 3 days after purchase.
The exchange cannot be processed if the product has been used once.

CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS
We would be able to consider a change of order or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. When the shipment is out of our warehouse for distribution, we cannot terminate the order.
The money will be repaid in the payment mode/account used to transact if the product was obtained in a defective state and checked and approved by HomeOne.Store. For credit card/debit card/new bank transactions the money will be refunded.
Our shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the total package containing the commodity and the packaging material used.
